Cadet Volunteering for Service Projects

We use an unbiased process to select cadets to participate in community service events. First, we determine how many cadets we need then we evenly divide the opportunities into all eight flights. Within a flight, we use a lottery system to select participants. The key to participation is...volunteer for all events, thus enhancing your chances of being selected. Community service events are not mandatory. Cadets need to learn how to manage their time to ensure family and academics are taken care of first then comes AFJROTC events/activities like Color Guard details, community service, monthly Cadet Corps activity nights, and more.
